As Far As I Know is a mostly acoustic, mostly jazz, mostly instrumental five-song suite arranged for the mandolin, piano, and upright bass. Each piece is heavily inspired by swing, hard bop, and fusion music. In the spirit of merging musical worlds, this project’s primary audience is mandolin enthusiasts, acoustic jazz enthusiasts, and anyone else looking to be taken out of their musical comfort zone.
